Curtin's Primary Education major within our Graduate Diploma of Education program is designed for those aspiring to teach in years 1-6 in Australian primary schools.

Literacy and Numeracy in Diverse Populations Stream is affiliated with the Bachelor of Education (Primary Education). This stream consists of a suite of three units for students considering teaching in this area.

The Nutrition Stream, further develops the student's understanding of the evidence behind the associations between diet and health outcomes. Students will explore the social and cultural influences that impact dietary decisions within the population.

Curtin's Secondary Education major within our Graduate Diploma of Education program is designed for those aspiring to teach in years 7-12 in Australian secondary schools. In this course, you'll learn how to apply your existing knowledge and expertise to become a qualified secondary school teacher.

English Language and Literacy stream is affiliated with the Bachelor of Education (Primary Education). This stream consists of a suite of three units for students considering teaching in this area.

This stream is not selectable. It is needed for students articulating from TAFE in the Interior Architecture program.
