Overview

Measurement is the way to test theories, validate designs, and sense what is going on in the environment, while instrumentation is the devices used in obtaining the measurements. As a result, instrumentation and measurement are at the core of areas such as research, manufacturing, aerospace, telecommunications, and navigation. This specialisation focuses on the creation and implementation of instrumentation for measurement purposes through hardware and software.
