The Humanities and Social Sciences (Politics and Law) Education Major equips students to teach Politics and Law in Years 11 and 12, and Humanities and Social Sciences from Years 7 to 12, with an option to specialize in a second teaching area.
The Humanities and Social Sciences (Politics and Law) Education Major prepares students with content and pedagogical knowledge to teach in the Politics and Law subject area in Year 11 and 12 as well as across Humanities and Social Sciences curriculum area from Years 7 to 12. Students will also select a second teaching area specialisation from either: a minor teaching area, or broadening study in the Humanities and Social Sciences curriculum area.
