The Economics and Finance stream focuses on research methods, advanced econometric techniques, and specialized units in microeconomics, macroeconomics, investments, and corporate finance. Students will complete a thesis under supervision.
In the Economics and Finance stream, you'll study compulsory units in research methods and advanced econometric techniques to advance your skills in analysing data with a complex structure. You'll also study advanced units in microeconomics and macroeconomics or investments and corporate finance. You'll also complete a thesis on a topic that interests you, under the guidance of a supervisor.
