About this course

Overview

This minor offers study in core Geoscience subjects to students from other disciplines. Students will study three units providing a fundamental grounding in geology, and have the option to choose between geophysics and the palaeontology for their fourth unit. It is anticipated that this unit will appeal to students working in geoscience or mining adjacent disciplines such as environmental sciences, commerce, or education who wish to develop a core grounding in geoscience to support their future professional practice.
