Start or expand your career in one of the world's largest industries with our Graduate Diploma. Our courses are industry relevant so you will be provided with up-to-date knowledge in areas such as food safety and preservation, chemistry, microbiology and food processing.

You will take specialised coursework units, complemented by laboratory classes and food industry site visits. You will study a variety of topics while gaining considerable knowledge and hands-on experience.

Admission criteria

What you need in order to get into this course. There are different pathway options depending on your level of work and education experience.

A bachelor degree or equivalent in science, engineering, nutrition, environmental health, home economics, agriculture or other appropriate disciplines. Applicants with other qualifications and experience are considered but may be required to complete additional bridging units.

English requirements
