About Canning College

Canning College offers quality pathways to university for international and local students. Staff actively encourage and support students with academic and personal development opportunities to enhance their College experience.

Programs start from Year 10 and include Years 11 and 12, the WA Universities’ Foundation Program, Certificate IV in the University Access Program and a Diploma of Commerce that articulates into second-year Bachelor of Commerce programs at The University of Western Australia and Curtin University.

Canning College Bridging Programs assist students in gaining access to higher-level academic programs. More than 80% of graduates enter Western Australian universities annually, while other students successfully apply to enter other Australian institutions, including Group of Eight universities.

The College aims to develop accomplished academic learners with the ability to self-manage, communicate effectively and think critically. These qualities are nurtured by a dedicated student support team that assists in helping every student adjust quickly and comfortably to life on campus.
