Equivalent professional experience 5+ years of professional and/or managerial work experience in related fields such as business management, financial management, leadership, human resources and people may be considered professional experience equivalent to a Bachelor level qualification.
Entry pathways Students that successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration offered by ACAP University College may articulate directly into ACAP's Graduate Diploma of Business Administration or Master of Business Administration.
International students must meet the following requirements:
Academic entry requirements Completed an Australian Bachelor degree or higher, or an equivalent qualification and/or professional experience.

Minimum English Language Requirements International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic IELTS minimum overall band of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.0 (completed in the past two years); or an equivalent accepted English Language test as specified in ACAP's English Language Test equivalency tables.
Overseas qualifications must be deemed by ACAP as equivalent to Australian qualifications.

Unit Description:
This unit is a comprehensive introduction to the topic of leadership and professional development, addressing a broad range of issues ranging from personal leadership style, exploration of current and foundational leadership theory, through to change leadership in organisations. You will build the knowledge, skills, self-awareness and confidence to effectively lead in a variety of settings. As you grow in understanding of the role of leading in organisations, you will also develop a deeper understanding of your own leadership capacity, style and developmental needs.
