Studying our Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management will help build upon your already acquired knowledge from previous studies and or work experience and prepare you to be able to manage a range of different facilities. It will also upgrade your leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and capacity to manage a team or work environment. Useful and relevant units studied in this course include how to develop, implement and review quality framework, contribute to an organisation's development, and how to manage innovation and continuous improvement.
