The Advanced Life Support Level 1 (ALS1) course is ideal for those healthcare professionals (including student healthcare professionals) who are less frequently involved in the initial response to a deteriorating patient or to a patient in cardiac arrest. It is a one-day multi-professional course aimed at providing the candidate with the skills and knowledge to manage the patient in the immediate period of crisis.
