During this course, you will gain skills and knowledge to carry out tasks in specialised fields, including building dynamic websites, building complex web page layouts and building a document using extensible markup language. You will develop skills to become industry ready, from project conception, liaising with clients, database design, cloud application development, information architecture, big data, machine learning and web application development. In addition you will learn how to utilise project management techniques and develop advanced soft skills such as communication with clients through team work to produce the end product aligned with business needs. Entry requirements

  • An IELTS score (academic) of 5.5 with no band score less than 5.0 or equivalent.

  • Students enrolled at Central Regional TAFE must complete ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (BFF9) for entry into this course.

  • Students enrolled at North Metropolitan TAFE must complete ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology [Web Development] (AC25) for entry into this course.
