In addition you will study legal obligations and contracts, monitor costing systems and develop policies and procedures.

Entry requirements

  • Have 3 years of current work experience in the Building and Construction industry
  • Ability to interpret building plans, drawings and specifications
  • Completion or working towards the Building and construction industry 'White Card'
  • Management, leadership and teamwork skills
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good maths and computer skills
  • An IELTS score (academic) of 6.0 with no band score less than 5.0 or equivalent.
  • Completion of CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction [Building] is required for entry into this course.
