Start your career in the fast growing Information Technology (IT) industry with this qualification. On completion of this course you will have the fundamentals of programming and web development with key areas of specialisation in web design and business focused application development.

In your course you will gain skills in operating system installation and diagnostics, programming in an industry current programming language, website development using Adobe products and Microsoft Office suite. You will also benefit from obtaining valuable industry Cisco and Microsoft certifications during your studies.

On completion of this course, you can continue your study with the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Programming) or the ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development).

Entry requirements

  • An IELTS score (academic) of 6.0 with no band score less than 5.0 or equivalent.

  • Completion of the equivalent of Australian Year 10.
