Certificate III in Education Support

If you have an interest to help and support the growth of children of all ages then the Certificate III in Education Support is a great starting point for you. This course teaches you the skills and knowledge to assist the teaching staff in schools and provide care and supervision for children from Kindergarten to Year 12. You will also learn how to implement planned education programs and assist students in their learning and development. This course will also teach you the skills to support students with additional needs, work with children and young people at risk of harm, work effectively with culturally diverse students, families and colleagues and to contribute to the safety and health of students in a classroom setting. As part of this course, you will be required to undertake a supervised work placement where you will apply all the skills and knowledge gained throughout your studies.
