The Phoenix Diploma of Business - Work Ready program provides students with a broad understanding of contemporary business practices used within a variety of entry-level positions in both the public and private sectors. Our carefully selected Units of Competency enable students to develop and formalise their knowledge and skills to enter the work force in a range of career paths.
On successful completion of the Diploma of Business, students are awarded a nationally recognised qualification within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) - Level 5
Although the primary focus of this program is employability skills, students may also use their Diploma to gain credit in a range of University/Higher Education programs.
