Course structure

To be able to achieve this qualification, students must have successfully completed:

  • SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • SIT40521 Cert IV in Kitchen Management
  • SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management
to undertake the remaining seven units (as per credit transfer application for the units you have done in above-mentioned qualifications):
  • BSBOPS601 Develop and implement a business plan
  • SITXMPR014 Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • SITXFIN011 Manage physical assets
  • SITXWHS008 Establish and maintain a work health and safety system
  • BSBFIN601 – Manage organisational finances
  • SITXHRM012 Monitor staff performance
  • SITXHRM010 Recruit, select and induct staff
