Professional accreditation

Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)

Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) is accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Students must complete the HRM Major (MJ-HRMA) and the HRM Minor (MN-HRMA) to complete the accredited program.

CPA/CAANZ

Bachelor of Business (Accounting) is professionally accredited by CPA Australia and Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). Students must complete the Accounting Major (MJ-ACCA) and the Professional Accounting Minor (MN-PAC) to complete the accredited program.

Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore

Bachelor of Business (Accounting) is accredited for module exemptions with the Singapore Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification Foundation Programme.

Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

Bachelor of Business (Marketing) is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.

Global FinTech Institute (GFI)

Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) double major is accredited by the Global FinTech Institute (GFI).

Professional recognition

Accounting

For entry to the Chartered Accountants Program with Chartered Accountants ANZ and to meet the academic requirements for admission to CPA Australia membership, students must complete the Bachelor of Business (Accounting), including the MJ-ACCA Accounting Major and the Professional Accounting Minor (MN-PAC). Students who have been granted Advanced Standing must discuss their enrolment and selection of units with the Academic Chair as Advanced Standing may affect their ability to satisfy the admission requirements to the professional accounting bodies on completion of their degree.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Business (Accounting) are also eligible to apply for some module exemptions with the Singapore Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification Foundation Programme. Eligible graduates should apply directly to the Foundation Programme to receive the exemptions.

Banking and Finance

Students who graduate from the Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) double major are exempt from Level 1A Finance in the Global Chartered FinTech Professional (CFtP) qualification.

Marketing

Graduates of the Bachelor of Business (Marketing) may seek exemptions from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) to gain a CIM qualification. Students have up to five years from graduating to complete the qualification. Further information can be provided by the Academic Chair.
