Can I Apply?

This course is available through the apprenticeship and traineeship pathway. You are eligible if you are employed or have been offered a new apprenticeship or traineeship in your chosen field. Also, it is recommended that you have satisfactory numeracy and literacy skills to undertake this course or are mature age and have sufficient work experience to successfully undertake the course. OR You may apply if you have satisfactorily completed VCE or an approved equivalent course and the satisfactory completion of the work requirements (eligibility to transfer); or are mature age and have sufficient work experience to successfully undertake the course. (Mature age is anyone over the age of 18 who has been out of full-time education for more than 12 months.)

Apprentice/Trainees - You must be currently employed as an apprentice/trainee in the respective field of specialisation.

Non-Apprentices will be considered once interviewed and industry experience is established.

How Do I Apply?

Apprentice/Trainees - You will need to have an employer and then contact an Australian Apprentice Support Network office to sign a training contract.
