The Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology (AUR20218) course covers the automotive skills and knowledge required to perform a range of tasks related to servicing and repairing air conditioning components and systems of cars and heavy vehicles.
Entry Requirements
Can I Apply?
There are no set prerequisites for this course. It is recommended that you have satisfactory numeracy and literacy skills to undertake this course. You may apply if you have satisfactorily completed VCE or an approved equivalent course and the satisfactory completion of the work requirements (eligibility to transfer); or are mature age and have sufficient work experience to successfully undertake the course. (Mature age is anyone over the age of 18 who has been out of full-time education for more than 12 months.)

How Will I Be Selected?
Compulsory information session, self-evaluation and interview.
Apprentices must be currently employed as an apprentice/trainee in the respective field of specialisation.
Non-Apprentices will be considered once interviewed and industry experience is established.
How Do I Apply?
Apprentice/Trainees - You will need to have an employer and then contact an Australian Apprentice Support Network office to sign a training contract.
