This qualification will provide you with the fundamental skills required to work effectively in an office environment in any industry. You will gain the necessary skills and knowledge needed to perform business and organisational tasks such as writing simple documents, creating electronic presentations and utilising a management system.

Completion of Year 10 or equivalent.
